VOLUNTEER Hampton Roads' programs create a strong alliance of volunteers and nonprofit professionals who are able to effectively address community needs and ensure our most vulnerable citizens receive the resources they need.  These goals are aligned to The Planning Council’s Regional Human Services Delivery Plan; one of the six points of the vision statement is the importance of citizens’ “sense of belonging” to the community.
