Annual Christmas Party
We could use help with setting up and breaking down for our annual Christmas party. If we can receive help with serving food that would be such a help.
We will be having it at the Va Beach First Church of the Nazarene, 4413 Wishart Rd, Virginia Beach, VA 23455 (in their gymnasium) on Sunday, Dec 16th from 3-5pm. We have to set up tables and chairs, bring in presents, decorate and put out donation items for our single mom families in Hampton Roads. The time frame for that is 2-3pm. Then we will be serving food, taking pictures with Santa, and then distributing presents to the families from 3-5pm. Then from 5-6pm, we need to take down the decorations and clean up.
