Hanging Art for Senior Artfest 2018
Primeplus' Senior Artfest Exhibition is for seniors age 50 and older who live in the Hampton Roads Area. We normally have between 200-250 pieces of art.
We are looking for volunteers who will support the set-up process for the Artfest.
Description of Duties:
Take direction from the Director of Operations
Unpack, lift, and carry 2D and 3D artwork
Measure where hanging hooks are needed
Use small and/or medium ladder
Apply pressure to adhesive hanging strips on walls to position artwork
Qualifications:
Experience handling and hanging artwork preferred
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to measure accurately
Appreciation that art is fragile and must be handled with care
Age Minimum (with Adult): 18+, Minimum Age:18+
