Project Makeover Hampton Roads
Project Makeover Hampton Roads is collaborative community initiative by The Junior League of Norfolk-Virginia Beach, tHRive Young Professionals and the Urban Renewal Center. Its purpose is to create a more dynamic learning environment for elementary students in Hampton Roads. We plan to accomplish this goal by refurbishing one elementary school each year, which is only possible with the help of awesome volunteers like you!
This year, we will be making over Jacox Elementary School in Norfolk, VA. The makeover will take place from Friday, August 17th - Sunday, August 19th, 2018.
Please complete the following form to indicate when you will be volunteering with Project Makeover Hampton Roads. Closer to the makeover weekend, we will send out confirmation emails with more instructions.
This event is RAIN OR SHINE and volunteers must be age 18 or older. (If you work with a high school population that is interested in participating, please contact us directly to discuss how they may be involved.)
