2018 Winter E-Cycle Event

Volunteers are needed for Virginia Aquarium & Marine Science Center’s annual Winter E-Cycle event. On Saturday, January 27th 9 am – noon the Aquarium is collecting electronics for recycling and household hazardous waste. Volunteers assist with collecting old electronics, directing traffic and taking surveys. Participants must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for an extended period of time. The event starts at 9 am; however, volunteers are asked to arrive at 8:25 am for check-in and a briefing. This is a great family and group volunteer opportunity! Following confirmation of your registration, you will be emailed an event itinerary no later than Wednesday, January 24th.
Age Minimum (with Adult): 14+, Court Ordered Volunteer - Allowed
