Build Houses!
Make a difference in your community by helping to build homes for local families! Opportunities available Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Anything from painting, trim work, window cleaning, landscaping, and carpentry work. Tasks assigned by staff and overseen by Red Hats, our leadership volunteers. No previous construction experience necessary.
Sign up to volunteer at www.shrhabitat.org/volunteer and fill out the application, once you have completed the application, you can register for any "Public" builds. Public builds are for individuals not attached to a group. We do have a lot of groups interested in volunteering with us, so check the schedule ofter for when we make changes and add Public spots.
