Recurring Volunteer Need

Food Pantry Client Assistant • 2-3 volunteers to help on a regular basis with the Food Pantry. Volunteers are needed Monday through Friday, 12:45pm to 3:30pm to help clients through the Food Pantry. • 2-3 volunteers are needed Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday 11am-12pm (noon) to help with Food Lion Packing. Volunteers must be 16 or older (youth volunteers must have adult supervision). This is a reoccurring volunteer opportunity in which volunteers are asked to commit to one to two days a week for at least six months.
Mobile Canteen Volunteer We need volunteers with their Food Handler's Card. Click here to find out how to obtain your City of Norfolk Food Handler's Card. We are in need of volunteers to help the first Thursday of each month and the second Friday of each month. Volunteers must be 18 or older and will meet at Area Command at 11am.
