J&A Racing is seeking volunteers for the Chartway Norfolk Harbor Race Weekend!
📅 November 20th - 22nd, 2026 | Town Point Park, Norfolk
J&A Racing is a nationally recognized race management company based in Virginia Beach that produces nine premier running events annually across Hampton Roads, bringing the community together while supporting meaningful causes.
Get Involved:
Individuals:
- Express interest through Volunteer Hampton Roads and you’ll receive a follow-up email to select your shift.
Groups:
- Schools, clubs, military commands and organizations are welcome.
- Contact Pete Hansen at volunteers@jandaracing.com to register a group.
- Groups of 15 or more are eligible for a donation.
Volunteer Perks:
- Free volunteer t-shirt
- Certification letter for service hours
- A fun, impactful community experience
Giving Back:
J&A Racing events bring people together, strengthen our community, and support charitable causes throughout Hampton Roads. In the past year alone, J&A Racing has donated over $175,000 to support local nonprofit organization.
This year the Norfolk Harbor Race Weekend proudly benefits the Chartway Promise Foundation, helping to fulfill dreams for local children who are medically fragile. Your involvement will directly support this important mission of healing and hope for families across Hampton Roads.
