The OK5K & 1 Mile races are open to participants of all ages and all levels, ability and mobility – runners and walkers, strollers, and wheelchair racers!
ALL PROCEEDS DIRECTLY BENEFIT ADULTS WITH DISABILITIES IN HAMPTON ROADS!
Volunteers needed in the following areas:
Bike Leads and Sweepers (6)
Cheer Stations 1, 2, 3 (15—5 each station)
Course Marshals (15)
Course Setup (5)
Event Set up Team A (5)
Event Set Up Team B (5)
Finish Line Tent and Ribbons (10)
Flair and Poster Station (5)
Game area Helpers (5)
Greeters (4)
Food Distribution (4)
Medal Ceremony (2)
Raffle and Silent Auction Helpers (2)
Registration Team 1 (Pre registration and groups) (4)
Registration Team 2 (Day of registration and payments) (4)
Registration Runners (2)
Start / Finish line Runners (2)
Tear Down Crew Team A (5)
Tear Down Crew Team B (5)
Vendor Liaison (3)
Volunteer Check In (3)
