Comfort Callers - Senior Services of Southeastern Virginia
Senior Services of Southeastern Virginia- Volunteers needed to make comfort calls to seniors, clients of SSSEVA. These seniors used to chat with the drivers who deliver meals for them, but now all meals are dropped off at their doorstep. Volunteers making phone calls will provide human contact during social distancing. No particular skill or expertise is needed; just the willingness to strike a conversation and listen.
