Board service - Sinkinson Dyslexia Foundation - Finance
We would like to find an individual with experience in financial record keeping, fulfilling the position of Treasurer on our board of directors, helping our small non-profit. The ideal candidate will maintain the financial record keeping of our foundation through the use of QuickBooks. The Treasurer will attend quarterly board meetings, in which they will report the current profit and loss statement. In preparation for the annual board meeting, the Treasurer will assist in the development of the upcoming year's annual budget and will format the final annual budget. Annually, the Treasurer will assist in submitting the Virginia Department of Agriculture's application for solicitation, in which the prior fiscal year's report needs to be referenced and reported.
