Project Overview:
Be a part of the holiday magic by joining our Angel Tree Preparation Team! This volunteer opportunity is all about making sure every detail is perfect as we prepare for our holiday gift distribution. From sorting donated gifts to assembling stockings, your efforts will directly impact the joy of families in need.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gift Sorting: Help sort through donated gifts, ensuring they are appropriately matched to the recipients and ready for distribution.
- Inventory "Shopping": Assist in selecting additional items from our inventory to fill in any gaps and ensure every child receives a complete and thoughtful gift.
- Stocking Stuffing: Sort and stuff stockings for our MyHoliday Socks program, making sure each one is filled with holiday cheer.
- Donation Bag Placement: Organize and place finished donation bags on the floor according to our tag system, ensuring everything is in the right place for easy distribution.
- General Prep Tasks: Provide support with various other preparation tasks as needed, contributing to the smooth operation of the entire project.
*Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes prior to your shift.
