Join the Downtown Norfolk Council in preparing The Plot for the 10th annual NEON Festival happening in October 2025!
We're looking for volunteers to help enhance this vibrant community space through:
🌿 Weeding and planting
🧹 General cleanup at The Plot and surrounding tree wells along Olney Road
This is a great way to be part of Norfolk’s thriving arts district. Let’s get The Plot festival-ready together!
