Grand Illumination Parade – Band & Bus Volunteer
As a Band & Bus Assistant, you will be part of a team responsible for coordinating the arrival and staging of the Bands and Buses for the Grand Illumination Parade at Harbor Park.
What You’ll Do:

Coordinate bus parking, instruct drivers, and support with unloading and returning buses to assigned parking areas after participant drop-off

Guide bands to their staging spots, monitor parking lot, assist with moving bands in in their line up

Gather all cones and other equipment for pick up or return at the end of the parade
