Grand Illumination Parade – District Volunteer
As a Parade Route District Assistant, you will help monitor one of the parade’s 6 specific districts before, during, and after the parade to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
What You’ll Do:

You will be responsible for the placement of signage and assisting with the placement of barricades in their district

You will work closely with the Downtown Norfolk Council team on logistics of the parade, including crowd control and providing information to guests along the parade route

You will support with breakdown of equipment and supplies after the parade passes your district
