Volunteer assignments-
o * 1 Cotton Candy maker- (day before the dance and/or morning of the dance) Use the cotton candy machine to make the cotton candy and put in bags. This was a hot item for the last dance so we want to have more this time around.
o * 2 volunteers- Photo booth volunteers 5pm-7pm (To take photos of families at the photo backdrop)
o * 5 Check-in greeters (5:00pm-6:30pm) Check-in families on the sign-in table as they arrive. 3 greeters should always remain at the front table so that volunteers can take breaks and give each person time to enjoy the dance.
o *5 Food Station Volunteers (5:00pm-7:00pm) (Accept tickets and serve drinks, pizza, popcorn, cookies, and cotton candy)
o *4 Money collectors (5:00pm-7:00pm) (2 tables will have 2 volunteers accepting cash for tickets. Students & guardians will use the tickets to purchase from the food station and for raffles tickets)
o * 4 Clean-up crew members (7:00pm until 7:30pm) (Assist with clean up after the event)
o *3 Decorators- (2:45pm-4:00pm) (After school the decorators will begin to decorate the cafeteria space with tablecloths, balloons, wall backdrop, and other small tasks. We will have 2 air machines to blow up balloons)
