We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to developing resilient leaders by surrounding fatherless youth with the relationships, resources, and opportunities they need to thrive. Through a comprehensive continuum of care, we integrate leadership development, residential programming, transitional housing, education, workforce pathways, research, advocacy, and community partnerships to create lasting pathways to independence. We believe fatherlessness is not simply a family issue. It is a community issue, and lasting change is achieved when communities work together.
