Harborfest Beverage Service
The Up Center is serving adult beverages at Festevent's Annual Norfolk Harborfest. Volunteers are needed to help fill four 3-hour shifts on Friday June 8th. Volunteers will be given a green t-shirt to wear. Bring your friends and family (21 and over to volunteer) and enjoy a beautiful day at Norfolk's Waterside and Harborfest.
