Registered nurse for blood pressure clinics
Chesapeake Care Clinic is in need of a volunteer Registered Nurse for our Blood Pressure Clinics. The volunteer would need knowledge of hypertension in order to provide education related to HTN and the disease process; medication, diet and how lifestyle affects the blood pressure. Currently our patients have home blood pressure monitors and the appointments are being done through telehealth. We would provide training and the educational materials.
