The Virginia Beach Jaycees is a part of the Virginia Junior Chamber (Jaycees), the premier leadership training and community involvement organization dedicated to fostering leadership skills and personal development through projects in a variety of areas for young men and women age 18 through 41. We are non-partisan and non-denominational. The Virginia Beach Jaycees Mission: To provide development opportunities that empower young people to create positive change.
