Brand awareness strategy for social media
As a new nonprofit ran completely by volunteers on a small budget ($500 - $1000), we need to grow our brand awareness. We have a website (120 views monthly), Facebook page (392 followers) and recently added Instagram (61 followers) and Facebook Group (31 members). Before expanding to other platforms, e.g., Twitter and LinkedIn our objective is to improve our presence.
We seek to develop a marketing strategy to help WINKS better leverage social media, our website, and Google Ads to share information, fundraise, and generate brand awareness.
WINKS works on behalf of brain tumor patients and caregivers, largely within the Hampton Roads However, given we operate in a virtual environment, our services are not just limited to this area. Support groups and fundraising events participants may reside in other states.
