Live Green Norfolk - Volunteer with Us
Keep Norfolk Beautiful and the City of Norfolk is excited to announce the inaugural Live Green Norfolk, a vibrant and interactive community event dedicated to promoting sustainability and fostering environmental awareness on Saturday, May 3 at Lafayette Park (3500 Granby Street).
This free and family-friendly festival will feature a dynamic lineup of activities, workshops, and entertainment designed to inspire attendees of all ages to embrace eco-friendly practices and sustainable living.
Volunteer with us to help set up and break down partner stations, tents, activities, workshops, recycling and trash stations, and more!
We are looking for individuals who can move heavy boxes, assist in setting up equipment (tents, tables, and chairs), help guide others, and more.
Please contact us at KNB@norfolk.gov if you have any questions about how you may contribute to this event. Shift work is available for those who can not commit to the whole event (set up begins at 9 AM, tear down begins at 1 PM).
