The mission of Shining Light Homes is to provide supervised transitional housing in the Hampton Roads area for single mothers either pregnant or having no more that two children under age 4 for up to two years. Programs: Beacon of Hope - designed to meet the basic & immediate needs of mothers Life-Line - two year program designed to equip single mothers in Life-Line Homes Light of Hope Giving - Monthly donations program Scholarship (Adopt-a-Mom) - designed for individuals, corporations, churches, etc.
